We enjoy the path of self improvement by pursuing our fitness goals, joining in on the CrossFit Doctrine camaraderie, and taking part in a bit of healthy competition.
Our staff is committed to sharing their wealth of knowledge, support, skills, and passion for our sport of CrossFit. We love what we do. For us there is nothing better than watching a human body transform as it embraces elite fitness. We fully believe in continued and ongoing education, the application of science, and debunking myths and common misconceptions along the way. Our top priority is YOU. We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether that be to link ten pushups in a row, run a six- minute mile, obtain that first muscle-up, or join the 400-pound dead lift club – we are here for you to achieve it!
We believe fitness is an ongoing process both in and out of the box. What we do within the walls of CrossFit Doctrine is definitely “fun”, satisfying, and challenging, but where you take these skills is even more important. As you transfer the skills learned at CrossFit Doctrine into your other activities such as surfing, backpacking, paddling, or skiing, you will find yourself better at these activities than ever before.
